When Do Periods Start After Taking Postinor?

Hi, my last period started on 22 Nov and I had sex with my partner on 29 Nov. After within about 2 hrs I got Postnor 1 tablet. Only 1 tablet. From yesterday, 5 Dec I have slight bleeding. Can I consider it as my periods or about when will my next period starts? Do I have a risk of pregnancy? Thankyou...

Hello,
If you have regular 28-30 day cycles, your risk of conception as such is very less even without the emergency pill since you were in the safe period. The bleeding you have seen is due to the withdrawal effect as the pill contains high doses of hormone. Also, you can expect your next natural period to get delayed by a week or two. If you do not see your next period even ten days after it is due, please see a specialist for further management. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
