When Do Periods Begin After Taking Progyluton?

I am 20.I have started Progyluton for 1st time from 11 may at the 1st day of menses due to irregular menstrual cycle. I took the 21st tablet on 31 may and I want to ask when I will get menses? and should I continue taking the medicine after 7 days? And can the 8th day from which I start the medicine be any day of menses????????

Hi I think you should wait for periods to come. It can take 10 days for periods to come after stopping the tablet. Start the tablet on 1st or 2nd day of periods. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. You may need some hormonal treatment if anything is abnormal. Hope it helps.
