When Can One Take HCG Injections After A Total Hip Replacement Surgery?

How long before total hip replacement from an anterior approach do I need to stop taking my HCG injections I am on a 45-day diet and losing weight and changing my eating habits successfully I have a March 27th surgery date and I would end my injections and go on maintenance on the 13th of March will that be enough time prior to the surgery to ensure a safe procedure
