Wheezing, Bronchitis, taking azithromycin. Suggestion?

My 11 month old has been wheezing . We took him to the emergency Rom and they diagnosed it as bronchitis . He was prescribed Azithromycin however it concerns me to still hear his breathing this way. Should I try to relax and the symptoms will subside in a few days? Whay signs should I look for totals him back to the doctor? Should I keep out of daycare a fee days?

Your baby seems to have Bronchiolitis, not Bronchitis
needs nebulisation and Oxygen therapy and bronchodilators.
Anti-viral therapy like ribavirin can be tried.
Symptoms will come down in few days.
If symptoms like bluish discoloration of lips, not taking feeds, irritable, lethargic, difficulty in breathing, immediate hospitalization is needed.
