I think you should buy a blood pressure monitor and watch it at home. take it a couple times a day everyday. You said you have anxiety, so it's possible that your bp is going up when you're going to get your physicals. The heavy head could also be from allergies. I have allergies and my head feels heavy with them. I also have had anxiety in the past and my bp goes up when I go to the doctor. Not because I'm scared of my doctor, but because I'm nervous that my blood pressure will be high! You kind of psych yourself out that your bp will be high and it makes your bp high. Mine runs 140/110 at the doctors office and about 107/65 at home. My doc goes with the home bp's. 130/80 is borderline high, so even if that is your real blood pressure, it's still not that bad yet. Start monitoring your bp every day to see what it runs on a daily basis. If it's still high, talk to your doctor about it.
