What Would Cause A Soft Bump Like Growth On A Baby S Head?

I have just felt my 20 month old baby s head has I do most days and felt a soft bit on his grown feels like a soft spot did. It is definitely recent has I ve always checked his head. He does head butt the floor and throws his head back even on had floors when he has a paddy, he doesn t sleep at all, do u no what could be the course of this it s about the size of a tip of a middle finger

Skull bone it this age is soft and sutures and frontanelle may won't close properly so easily to take obsorption of shock. Probably he developed small hematoma which may takes time about 3-4 weeks to recover if he is throwing or crying means please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
