What Would Be The Mole With Pain On My Back?

hi i have a mole on my back that started throbing in pain about a year an half ago. I work alot outside. and since the mole pain comes and goes. it feels like iys pinching me from the inside. but has not had any difference in shape or size or color. Im just wondering if its malignant or not??

Hi there,

The painful mole might be infected. However, further examination by the dermatologist and biopsy are needed to exclude malignancy. No one can tell you if it is malignant or not as long as no biopsy or physical examination is done.
