What Was The Fluttering Feeling In My Neck In The Morning?

I felt a fluttering feeling in my neck this morning after that my lip felt tingely and the right side of my face as well I already have bells palsey on the left side I took a nap and now have a bad headache and feel a little dolisoriented what could it be?

You mentioned a recent bells palsy and the areas you mentioned are all supplied by facial nerve. All it could be is paresthesia secondary to the very same facial nerve and is recovering. These sensations will go away.Just keep the prophylaxis of bells palsy and keep caring of the eye and drooling mouth etc. Consult a neurologist for further management. Be compliant with your meds.
