What Type Of Physiotherapy Is Advisable For A Pulled Rotator Cuff?

Hi my name is bill October 20 2017 I fell off a roof about15 ft I broke my arm Pulled a rotator cup and have a wedge compprshiom fracture of my 5 Lombard the neurosurgeon called me yesterday told me to remove my body brace and start PT 4 days a week for 4 months then 2 days a week following 2 months I was supposed to start pt last month on my arm and had after the cast came of I can no longer afford Dr and Pt I m at the hands of the insurances company keeps putting off my case so I feel like I need to do some kind of PT This whole thing was chart on tape and the courts ordered many mutual to start paying me and my medical it was three weeks ago nothings happened yet my question move what kind of P T to do I do with the injuries I am and n I feel like i should be starting some type of a physical therapy

Rotator cuff injury, mainstay of treatment is physiotherapy. You have to do range of motion exercises of shoulder and rotator cuff strengthening exercise. Learn easily from you tube and before starting consult your treating surgeon.
