What Type Of A Treatment Is Recommended For This Biopsy Test Result For Lungs?

lesion in lung size has been doubled in three months from 25 x17 mm to 45 x 26 mm ( six more pulmonary nodules are there of size less than 10mm). CT guided biopsy done twice. both time malignancy ruled out but in the second biopsy cellular epithiod granuloma found. Mount-ex test positive. AFB negative in Sputum. Anti tuberculosis therapy started. Medicines are responding the X-rays are showing decrease in size of lesion. 3 months passed. am I running in right direction. PET CT also done but noyhing can be concluded (SUV max 3.5)

It is unlikely be a malignancy. Most probably it will be a sequel of tuberculosis.You can go for a gene expert study of the biopsy sample.
