What Treatment Should Be Done For Pain In The Abdomen While Bowel Movements And Blood In Urine?
Age 59, Weight 210, Height 5 4. Had appendectomy on Feb 25th. Was slowly recouping then relapse on Mar 12th, pain in abdomen, painful bowl movements and when passing gas. Noticed blood in urine this morning (Mar 16). Pain immediately after eating. Had a night sweat last night.
Abdomen pain with history of appendix operation and again have the pain then it may not be due to that only again but it may be due to infection or it may be colicky pain for the pain you can try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen, and if it is the infection then Tab Metronidazole for seven days needs to be given.
To rule out the hematuria it is highly advisable to get done the complete urine test and if is positive for blood then underlying cause of it need to be known the most common cause of it could be urinary stone and in female it could be menses bleeding that might not be coming from urinary system but might be mixing with urine stream.
Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
