What Treatment Is Used To Treat Pelvic Cancer?

Hi my husband just had his bladder removed due to cancer when the doctor went in to remove it he found out the roots went to the pelvic region he is 70 years old what do they do for pelvic cancer the doctor thinks he removed 90% of it can you answer that for me please and what do they do to cure it

It doesn't have a good cure rate once it is out of the bladder. Radiation and chemotherapy are tried. Both cause significant side effects.
