What Treatment Is Suggested For Post Concussion Like Migraines,dizziness And Burning In Head ?

I suffered a concussion about 6 months ago- I recently have developed migraines, dizziness, and burning/sensitivity right where I had injured my head. An MRI at the time of injury revealed nothing- could an MRI now reveal something as I have had such am increase in post concussion symptoms?
