General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Do a urine culture and start antibiotics according to the culture report.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
Cranberry juice is very effective as it will act as urinary antiseptic.
Nothing much to worry as it will respond well with antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
