What Treatment Is Suggested For Adhd

I have been diagnosed with adhd. I commenced dexamphetamine a few days which has been titrated daily with my dose this morning at 25 mg. How do I know when the medication is working I am feeling little effect except for slight fogginess for a couple of hours. I am 50 female and weigh 47 kg

In case of adult onset ADHD, better to take dexamphetamine at low dose. It would help you to maintain the concentration and avoid addiction potential of amphetamine. In case, you do not get any benefit, then you can try methylphenidate.
