What To Do If Inner Thighs Are Turning Pink On Both Sides Of The Testicles And There Are Yellow Spots In The Area?

Hi, I am a 30 years old black male and a few hours ago I noticed that my inner thighs were turning pink on both sides of the testicles. There are also small yellow spots in the same area. It is not itchy, but it feels uncomfortable. What should I do?

It could be a fungal infection. You should get it checked by a Dermatologist or Skin specialist for confirmation. Meanwhile you can apply some anti-fungal ointment on the part twice a day and keep the area clean and dry. Take care.
