What To Do For Low Albumin, AST, Calcium, MCV, MCH And MPV Levels?

Hi! My husband had blood work done he is 55 and has a GFR 60.0 and his ALBUMIN is 3.3 low his AST is 12 low his calcium is 7.8 low his SED RATE is 20 high. His MONOCYTES is 0.9 high. His MCV is 82.9 low. His MCH is27.0 low.his MPV is 8.7 low..... could you please! Help she d some light on this for us

Hi,

His GFR is low of course with age it may decrease. Serum calcium little low may need calcium supplementation or vitamin d supplement. He is also have iron deficiency in which MCV low and MCH low. Please get it done renal function tests to him to rule out chronic kidney disease. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
