General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history peristaltic pain in abdomen, no nausea, non pregnant, urine test normal, discomfort on palpation, and other points noted. Used buscopan, and Maxolon but works for a short period only.
Your thought of inflamed gastric lining would not cause such a pain.
Such pain occurs in intestinal obstruction or obstruction to the tubes like ureter or common bile ducts.
Hence the cause has to be found and this is done by:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
CT scan of the abdomen if needed.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon.
These points will help to get a proper diagnosis and hence the proper treatment.
