What Specialist Should Be Consulted For A Lump Under Right Ear Which Feel Like A Swollen Vein Across The Mid To Lower Cheek?

I believe I'm having swelling well actually a lump under my right ear when I eat something that I have to really chew. I've had this problem for about 5 years and have seen my family doctor, 2 ENT and today my dentist. I have drainage sometimes inside my mouth at my right cheek and by touching the inside cheek with my tongue I can feel what feels like a swollen vein across the mid to lower cheek. Can you tell me who I need to see about this. I feel like I haven't got anywhere with any of the doctors I've seen. thanks

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some problem with salivary gland, either there might be having infection or stone in your salivary duct causing this problem.
Another possibility is likely having some problem with your TM joint.
consult oral surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
