What Should I Do As I Swallowed Sharp Bone Of The Chicken Leg?
hi doc, iam jeff, 46 years old, 181cm tall, and 125kg. I bit the small sharp bone off the side of a chicken leg in one bite, it snaped off, felt it scratch my throat on the way down, 3 days ago now, about 2 inchs long and felt sharp, should I go to hospital? I am worried. cheers jeff.

hello, thanks for your query, you need to do xray neck to see the presence and level of neck where bone got stuck.in case of presence , can be removed by esophagoscopy procedure. in case of absence( bone) medical treatment can be tried. kindly visit an ent surgeon for farther evaluation and treatment. hope I have answered your query.all the best. take care.
