What Should Be Done In Case Of Accidental Overdose Of Medicine?

I accidentally took my mixed my daughters bedtime pills and my bedtime pills up, I got both of ours out so that I could take mines and she could take hers but in my haste I grabbed hers and took them and did not realize it until after I had taken them, but I had already taken my pills as well...what should I do

Hi,

Your vitals should be checked like blood pressure, ECG, echo, sugar, CBC, and gastroenterologist should be consulted if stomach tube is needed to lavage out these meds, depending upon how many you taken treatment varies, do breathing exercises like sky technique relief stress too.
