A glass of lime water(plain-not cool) with a little bit of salt and a long rest in low-lights ....... but Doctor is must after this ....

if your BP is low, checked by you with automatic BP measuring apparatus, and you have any symptoms of giddiness, sweating, headache or any other discomfort.
immediately take glass of water with salt and call your doctor.
