My husband is cross country truck driver. I m on phone with him. He was just hit with unexpected extreme dizziness being pulled to his right, extreme sweating, nausea, and very dry mouth. Freaked him out. We are both ex EMTs, ran through basic questions, not sure what to ask him next or what to tell him to do next

Hi,

He may be having BPPV or myocardial infraction or stroke. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please ask him weather he is having , tinnitus or chest pain or weakness in any part of body or muscle cramps etc.

It may also due to hypoglycemia or hypocalcemia or infection or anemia etc. Get it done ECG,chest x-ray,echo, urine examination. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
