What Should I Do To Sleep Without Sleeping Pills?

I has severe Meningoencephalitis in 2004. It took me 8 months to walk fairly normal again, and lwered my IQ by 20 points (stared at 138). Most systems are gone now, but have not been able to sleep more than 2 hour s at a time without sleeping pills. Is this permanate?

sleep problem may be a part of your physical illness
or may be due to psychological reasons

the way ofnatural ways to get good sleep is like

fix sleep schedule and stick on it
no day time sleep
regular exercise
stress free activities
meditations and yoga
deep breathing exercise
take proper food
avoid smoking and drinking
avoid tea coffee before sleep
light food in dinner
music while you sleep
read boring book in bed
use bed only when u feel sleepy
cool and calm bed room

if any other psychological problem is there than need to address

if still you don't achieve good sleep than mild low dose medicines is require
get well soon hope u ill get best
