What Should I Do Suffering From BP And Diagnosed With Bilateral Renal Disease With High Creatinine Levels?

iam 30 year old lady,60 kg weight having 2 children,suffering frpm BP from last 1 year currently gone through sono graphy report shows and dopler test shows bilateral renal disease and NAD in urine bladder.ultrasound report shows CMD lost in right kidney and poor in left.

Serum creatinine 2.75 and BP is now normal but was 120/180 months ago.

Renal MRI angiography shows all veins and arteries normal and kidney one small and one enlarge but normal not any kind of blockage and not any negative impression.

I really appreciate your concern your diastolic blood pressure is too high and that demands great concern these all the report should be correlated with your clinical condition, if you have generalized edima and dyspnoea on exertion, then its required diuretic treatment, certain test I would like to advise here, first is serum electrolyte, echo cardiograph, renal function test, total blood count, the chances of chronic nephritis is very likely, cut down the salt intake in diet, have opinion from urologist (Nephrologist ) take care, have nice time.
