What Should I Do About Ankle Pain While Exercising Two Years Post An Ankle Sprain?

I had a right angle sprained 2 years ago. And now a days when i do workout such as zumba my right leg pains a lot. If I jump or run, the pain continues for the next 3-4 days. WHat should I do for it...I am overweight so I do not want to stop my workout...but with this situation, I could not do more

Hello,

There is nothing to do but being patient and have some rest, until you recover from your ankle. I recommend trying other forms of physical activity like swimming, which does not put pressure to the ankle.

Hi,

You may be having ligament injury. Get MRI done. Avoid jumping or running until we at least diagnose basic injury.
