HI,
I understand your concern.
Fortunately your problem was found in an early stage. In such case you should-
-Take rest/ avoid physical or psychological stress.
- Take nutritive diet with proteins, vegetables/salads/fruits ( fibers), milk, sufficient cereals . Drink lot of water.
- avoid constipation/ massaging abdomen.
_ visit your doctor to get prescription of progesteron supplements as per need.
Please don't worry , The brown bleeding you have is expressing old bleed out. It will stop in due time. To prevent further recurrence, above majors would help, & you / your pregnancy will be fine .
Thanks.
