What Precautions Should Be Taken To Lower The Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure is 134/94 and I have a bad headache. I ve never had trouble with high blood pressure in the past but the last couple of weeks it s been running around this range. I quit smoking in November but I am overweight. I m not stressed but I don t get much exercise. I don t salt my food so I only get what is already in it. What can I do to lower my blood pressure besides lose some weight?
