What Precautions Should Be Taken For Sinusitis Apart From Medications?
I have been having alot of sinus issues. Ive never really had any allergies, but this year it has been bad. My head feels like it is underwater. I hav ebeen on several antibiotics and am taking Claritin D as wellas Fluticasone Nose Spray.. What else should i do.?

From history it seems that you might be having chronic sinusitis giving this problem.
Go for x-ray PNS ( para nasal sinuses ) to know the condition of sinuses.
Go for Vicks vapor inhalation daily.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
