What Precautions Need To Be Taken In Case Of Asthma?

I M 33 YEARS old HIGHT 5FOOT 5 INCHES WEIGHT 63 KGS last year i go for full body check up and reports are all normal so can i do it this year also and i have a problem of cold astama so i dont able to have any cold water or ice so for that what type of precautation i have to take. i m staying in kolkata.

But a month before i go to bankok and i dont have any type of problem of cold. You cant belive there i had ice creams and cold beer.. but not a single problem.. My father is also having astma problem..

Hope these following will help you to live healthy with asthma ...
Green leafy vegetable, fresh fruits and herbs are quite effective for asthma due to its antioxidant features.
Onion contains ‘quercetin’, an anti-inflammatory compound and considered as most effective remedy for asthma.
Hot pungent may make breathing easier by opening air passage.
Citrus fruits due to its greater content of Vitamin C have inherent power to fight asthma.
Predominately vegetarian diet is the good option for the patients
Foods rich in Vitamin A play a vital role in curing asthma.
Oxygen carrying capacity of blood increses owing to antioxidant property of Vitamin E
Essential fatty acids, particularly omega-3 oils reduce inflammation and alleviate asthma attacks.
Asthmatic diet should contain of limited quantity of carbohydrate, protein and fats. He should also take more and more quantity of alkaline foods like fresh fruits, green vegetables
Keep away from cold and damp places.
Eat slowly and chew your food properly.
Avoid dusty places.
Keep your self away from mental worries and stress.
Take 10-12 glasses of water daily but not along with meal.
Walking, especially brisk walk should be preferred.
Spices, pickles, tea and coffee should be avoided.
