Many precautions are needed to become mother with history of recurrent miscarriages like regular counselling with your OBGYN is first and most vital step to follow: - Control of body weight - Treatment of PCOS and making hormone cycles regular - Control of thyroid hormone levels - Check for diabetes if at all not taken 3 month average sugar report as there are high chances of glucose intolerance and insulin resistance with PCOS - Intercourse on consistent basis from 9 th to 18th day of menses (peri ovulation period with high chances of conceiving)
