What More Can Be Done To Cyst Removed Area That Is Bleeding In Incision?
I had my pil. Cyst remover about 3 weeks ago it was about the size of a golf ball. Well last friday I noticed I was still in pain so I made an apt to go back and see my doc. Monday so went and he ended up doing a local and re cut my opened wound and got a little more of the fluid out. It now been 2 days since the local and it was extremely painful to take the gaze out that was put in Monday most pain if ever endured. When I Fially got it out I noticed a green puss what does this mean. Also once it was taken out the incision started bleeding bad not a little a lot. And I'm in more pain now then I was before. What do I need to do??
Hi. The green color and you history is suggestive of an infection. The pus should have been sent for gram staining and culture sensitivity. Till them continue with the medicines , antibiotics your Doctor must have advised you. Do not worry about the bleeding as this will stop on pressure and is more due to inflammation. Take rest. Daily dressings are needed.
