General & Family Physician 's  Response
This condition is known as hyperhydrosis. This is normal condition so you do not worry. On the contrary due to more sweating your holes of your skin will remain open and your kidney has to work less.
You take more water and liquids.

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
In ayurveda excess of sweating is attributed to excess of pit in body and many a times it exhausts body and some times foul smell joins excess of sweating. Though not much pathology is involved in it yet it can be checked. Add aamla to your diet and keep your bowel clean with any laxative. Moti pishti and praval pishti are help to bring pit back to normal stage and check excessive perspiration. Gulkand is another remedy.
