Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You need to first find the cause why your BP is low. It could be due to hormonal problems or nervous system problems. You can eat food with salt content but don;t add excess salt. Drink plenty of water. Before you stand from lying down posture, you can sit up, push down your feet and push them back up repeatedly for 5-6 times. Slowly stand up after that. Do you also have low blood sugar. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Do brisk walking everyday for 40 minutes to improve circulation. Do you get frequent headaches, occasional tremors in hands, sweating. It would be best to get evaluated by a Doctor.
