I take the following pills Aldospiron , Losardex Plus, Losardex, Cardioloc, Simvacor, Glucomin, Amlow and Januet
I recently have been experiencing PAINFUL ERRECTIONS, are any of these pills responsible, or diseases, and what can be done. (feels like a painful vain in penis towards ejaculation)

I have quite a bit of experience with these medications in my family practice and am not aware of painful erection being one of their side effects. Aldospirone and Cardiloc can both could theoretically cause delayed ejaculation which could then lead to a painful erection but it is not clear that this is the case from you description.
