Hello doctor , I am Sri lakshmi(20years ) . I am suffering from scales and patches on my skin fron nearly 10 years. i have consulted many dermatologists . But did not get rid of my problem. They just suggest me to apply moisturisers to my skin. But i did not get any solution to my problem. It is very disgusting to have big and small dark patches allover the body . at the starting stage the patches were only on hands and legs. slowly the whole body is getting affected. Now patches have increased and i have patches on my stomach , back , hands , legs all over.I am unable to understand what exactly the problem is. I dont have itching. Please suggest me How can i get ridd of the problem?
It seems that probably you are suffering from psoriasis vulgaris. However, you should consult the experienced Dermatologist and should get perfect treatment. I would recommend you to take a long course of acitretin cap 25 mg daily. Take antihistaminic like cetirizine 10 mg daily.
