What Medical Condition Could Cause Lower Back Pain, Abdominal Pain, Weakness And Nausea In A 57-year-old Woman?
Hi! Last night I started with lower back pain and abdominal cramping, sometimes severe. I feel tired and a bit nauseous. No fever. I feel pressure on my rectum when I need to use the bathroom. I am a 57 year old female. Already been thru menopause and I am definitely not pregnant. Could it be kidney stones, or some type of an infection.
I suggest you go for a USG abdomen and a routine urine examination to rule out the main cause of your symptoms. Till then you can take superspsss tablet to relieve your symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
