What Medical Condition Causes Anxiety, Backache, Coldness In The Legs And Chest Pain In A 46-year-old Woman?
I've been having back ache for some time now. It was mostly on my upper left back and up to my left arm. No numbness at all, it just a pain that bothers me a lot. I have anxiety and taking 10 mg citalopram . At times I'm having chest pain either on my left or right chest. My blood pressure is always normal. I had ECG 2x already within 3 months. The first time was because i had an on and off chest pain and ECG is normal. The 2nd time after 2 mos, is a sharp left pain and ECG is normal too, Urgent Care doctor said it's a muscle spasm in my chest wall. I can feel coldness in my both legs too at times and it's causing me more anxiety. I'm 46 years old and female. What's all this of this symptoms?
Your symptoms can be due to perimenopausal period.
I will strongly suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime. Seek prescription support from your treating gynecologist for phytoestrogen supplements.
I hope this answer helps you.
