What May Be The Cause Of Blood Clots In Stool?

For the last 2 day that I have pooped I have a lot of blood when I wipe it is in the tolit and some in my stools it is bright red and some looks like there is some bloos clots as if I where on a period but that is not the case as I had a totla hysrectimy so what could this be is it just hymriods ?

*Seems Hemorrhoids most likely require clinical confirmation by
Proctoscopic examination for the same.
@ should avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs.
@ take more fiber contents green leafy vegetables, fruits, curd for better
digestion and avoid hard stools at all.
@ sit in Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with leukwarm water for 10-10
minutes mor & eve & specifically after passing stools ) to ease any pain/
burning.
@ avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances if using.
@ maintain your hydration , BP levels.
@ take medicines for bleeding control after examination by the doctor only
