What Makes Me Breathe So Hard ?

i used to breathe hard in the middle of nite,can anybody tells me wats wrong wit me?is it bcoz of my heart having prob?

Don't ask Y!A. Get to a doctor and discuss it with him/her. Maybe it's only sleep apnea that can be cured, but in any case, DO IT TODAY. Good Luck
