What Leads To Irregular Menstrual Bleeding And Abdominal Pain?

Doctor , during my mensuration the blood flow is very low and unbearable stomach pain occurs. The blood flow hardly lasts for two days and sometimes it is even black and dark in colour. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In case of any organic problem like uterine fibroid. The problem seems to be hormonal in origin. It can be PCOD / thyroid problem in case it's associated with obesity. Please get hormonal assessments of blood done, done to find exact cause. USG of pelvis would help in finding or excluding ovarian origin. Consult your gynecologist for personal assessments.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
