What Leads To Chronic Sneezing?

I have sneezing problem since thirteen years,I have consult many doctor in allopathic, homeopathic and ayurveda. I noticed that I have allergy towards cold,dust,sprays and some food items including prawn.once this sneezing started, it s too difficult to manage in outdoor, and it is only relieved by a good sleep. It there any remedy for my problem?

i can understand your concern.
the best method to avoid an allergic reaction is to stay away from the allergens in you case dust,cold,sprays and foods like prawns.
sadly we donot have a cure for such allergies, the best thing that can be done is avoiding the allergen and treating the allergic reaction once it starts.
i would still suggest tab Montek LC(montelukast+levocetrizine) one tab to be taken at bed time for a month.
this would definitely make a difference.
if you are asthamatic its advisable to carry asthalin inhalers along with in case of an urgent requirement.
