Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. Meth is a very dangerous drug of abuse. The drug is known to cause intense excitation and it also results in precipitation of panic symptoms and anxiety. You have symptoms like pacing around house, rapid heart, restlessness after taking Meth and these could be due to severe anxiety.
First thing I'd advise you to not to take the meth or any drug of abuse again as this may cause deleterious effects on your health. Try to remain relaxed. If your symptoms persist or increase in severity then please consult a psychiatrist. Low dose benzodiazepines like Clonazepam, Lorazepam etc can help to reduce your symptoms and you will feel better. Try to avoid drug abuse in future. Take the drugs with proper prescription only.
Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care
