I AM SUFFERING FROM PAST 26 YEARS WITH THYROID & AM OVERWEIGHT MY DOCTORS SAYS IF I DONT LOOSE WAIT , THEN I CAN BECOME DIABETIC TOO AS I AM BORDERLINE CASE THOUGH FOR THE TIME BEING I M NOT ON ANY DIABETIC MEDICATION, MY PROBLEM IS THAT I M FROM INDIA & AM NOT USE TO US FOODS CAN YOU GUIDE ME PLEASE.
Hi, From history it seems that your hypothyroid is not controlled. Consult Endocrinologist and get examined. After hypothyroid controls, you will get reducing your weight. Observe strict diet regimen. Avoid fat, carbohydrates in your diet. Do regular physical exercise like running, jogging, swimming for 30-40 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Avoid sedentary life. Ok and take care.
