What Is The White Spot On My Son's Gum?

My 7 month old son has had a fever of 102.7 for about 3 days and it's finally going back to normal, hea been sneezing and has a runny nose. Today I noticed a white spot on his gums and when I touched it to see if it was a tooth it moved. It was attached to the gums. What is that?

Thanks for posting your query to HCM.
The teeth is erupting out from the gums which is normal during the eruption procedure. So, you need not worry about it.
Also, fever and all do occur during eruption.
Hope my answer will help you.
