What Is The Treatment To Reduce Blood Pressure ?
I have an medical exam for insurance purposes tomorrow morning. Is there anything I can do to instantly reduce my blood pressure. I am presently taking HCTZ and Norvasc but I'm nervous and afraid that my BP would be high. I also need to fast after 12:00 PM.

Hi, dont try to manipulate your blood pressure for insurance. Because at present you may get pass with that, but in future if you have problem with high blood pressure then they will not accept your claim and you have to face problems. so better you consult doctor if you think that you have high blood pressure.and set the dose of medication accordingly.
