Hi,

First of all, you should exclude a brain lesion by doing CT Brain. Then you should do some investigations such as kidney function tests, CBC and measuring blood pressure. Moreover, you should modify your lifestyle, for example, you should decrease tea and coffee intake, stop smoking and alcohol intake. If all investigations were negative, you can take a pain killer such as Ketoprofen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
