What Is The Treatment For Vomiting And Dizziness?
When I lay on my back I wake up sick. I feel nauseous, break out into a horribly cold sweat, and feel like I am going to throw up except when it comes I only burp or pass gas. I do try not sleeping on my back but I will turn over and the dizziness wakes me up. Please, can you tell me what it is?

The given symptoms of dizziness and nausea, could be due to dyspepsia, viral fever, if not fatigue is there, then it could be dyspepsia only, acid peptic disease could be the reason for this.
If took heavy meal, then such symptoms are likely, so try to void taking heavy meal, spicy food, oily food.
If I would be doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone drug, once in a day.
