What Is The Treatment For Swollen Labia , Vaginal Discharge And Blisters?

I have a lot of issues going on and it seems like things have snowballed for me and i am pretty healthy person. April diagnosed with PID, STD test were negative but clinically (physical exam) showed swollen labia, discharge and blisters..... Given meds.... Gyno follow up confirmed jus yeast or bacteria and given fluconsole In May i was diagnosed with PID again, STDTest negative but by physical exam had gential warts. (Been with husband since 2002, no other partner, Gyno thinks oral sex caused it cuz my husband or I could have had a cold sore and I never had this happen prior) ER doc said my cervix was bleeding and had drainage ( I was bleeding on and off for at least two months) I had not only the PID but TOA on my right ovary. I had a ovary cyst, and on birth control. I was on meds for the infection, doxycline. That ended up in pill esophagitis. Esophageal ulcers, and gastritis. I took a stomach emptying test but it was in normal range, then A CT scan and now told my right greater is dilated. Can all the right side pelvic pain be related o this new issue with my urether or was it my TOA? I m so lost and hate that every week I was at the ER complaining of painful abdomen issues or female issues....

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
