What Is The Treatment For Swollen Feet And Rashes?

My brother has been suffering with swollen feet and the rashes almost make his feet look like hamburger meat it s so bad. He s been to so many doctors. He has has allergy test done. The only thing that helps him are steroids. But you can only take that so much. Any ideas what this could be?

Hi.
As per your case history your brother is having urticaria and angioedema, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region.
3. Don't take any medication without consulting a doctor.
4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 2 months.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
